In 2007, she transitioned to the financial services industry. Carrie's hobbies include reading and baking. She is often found with her husband, Phil, cheering at their sons' soccer games and fulfilling her passion for volunteer work at a local non-profit, Phil's Friends.

In 2020, she transitioned to the financial services industry. Kathleen enjoys reading, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and spending time outdoors.
